1>.What are the benefits of using Gypsum as the main ingredient of your ceiling tiles?
Because we believe that Gypsum ceiling tiles, especially, of the sizes that we are marketing, are much easier to be managed by our customers. It is much easier to be transported and handled. Installation, and maintenance is even easier. Clearly, the smaller sizes reduce manpower, and working hours for our customers, not to mention the lower monetary costs. The smaller sizes clearly come with the lighter weight.
Secondly, as we believe that your ceiling always tells who you are. With gypsum, we can actually mold the designs into its surface texture and the result is that the design comes out very clearly, even the most detailed areas.
The fiber reinforced internal structure not also strengthens the tiles, but also prevent moist. Thus life of each Fiber reinforced Gypsum tile with molded design is much prolonged.
With all aspects, it is a good investment for our customers.
2>. How do you ensure that your ceiling tiles are strong?
First of all, we use the best quality of Fiber to reinforce each tile, and we use a lot, especially for the export market. And secondly, our careful manufacturing management is designed strictly to ensure the quality of our products. 3>How does your sophisticated separation technology of Gypsum benefit cunsumers?
We all know that for gypsum powder, the higher the percentage of the purity, the higher the quality it contributes to the finished jobs.
Our careful processing of raw gypsum minerals ensures that our customers only get Gypsum Powder with higher percentage in purity (Grade A). This will increase their confidence in the esthetic value of their finished jobs, and much less additional efforts from manpower including time and money investment spent on many other additional touching up job after the final job is done
For our ceiling tiles, the fact that it has design molded into the tile itself, it is of higher significance to make sure that even the most detailed aspects of our tiles are looked after.
4>. What do we have to do in order to have you produce ceiling tiles of the designs that match our cultural or market preferences?
One of Victory Gypsum’s main philosophies in doing business is to create as many customer involvement as possible to ensure our customers’ highest satisfaction.
It is true that we have many designs as results of work for our in-house designing team, but we know in order to facilitate some of our customers, we must be able to produce works originated from customer involvement.
We have done cultural designs for many customers, and they are very happy. Cultural designs like Dragon designs for Chinese market, for example. There are two ways we can work together.
1. You show us the designs and specification, and we manufacture your tiles for you.
2. You give us the briefing of your strategic briefing of your design ideas, we work from that point until the final design receives your approval and we produce tiles of that particular design for you.
5.> What do you have to guarantee your products.?

6.> Your factory is located in a Northern province of Thailand. How difficult is it for us to get there to see your production plant?
If it was for marketing, you do not need to come to Pichitr, we are very happy to go to your selected premise to see you. Victory Gypsum also has our International Marketing Strategist stationed in Bangkok to facilitate you.
However, should you need to visit our factory, it is very easy. Pichitr is only four-hour driving from Bangkok, and the road condition is of international standard as it is the same road leading to Chiagmai, Thailand’s important northern province. Everyone at our factory would be very happy to receive our guests. Should you require travel arrangement, we would definitely be happy to assist you.
7>Can you tell us about the different sizes of Tiles and their fitting on Suspension T- bar.
When a customer places and order for our 2 x 2 F Fiber reinfoced Gypsum Ceiling tiles, we would have to make sure that the exact size of tiles are produced and delivered to that particular customer as each different country does have unique size of suspension T-bar regularly used. This area requires sensitive attention, but it is in fact not at all too complicated. Please find below how it works.
1. Tile size of 595x595 will fit with 600x600 suspension T- bar
2. Tile size of 600x600 will fit with 602 to 603 x 603 suspension T- bar
